We accept bookings for any period of time commencing any day of the week.
Bookings commence at 2pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10am on the day of departure.
Terms quoted are for one adult or child including bed, full English breakfast, and evening meal where applicable.

If the above VAT rate is altered by the Government we will reserve the right to alter the tariff accordingly.

Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing within 48 hours.
A non-refundable deposit of £60 per room per week is required to secure your booking subject to availability on receipt.
Final account to be paid on arrival please.

When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel or cut short your holiday, for whatever reason, under the law you will be liable for cancellation charges we have to make.

In your best interests we strongly recommend that you take out Holiday and Cancelled Booking Insurance to safeguard your holiday. We have therefore arranged a competitive insurance package to cover your holiday and travel arrangements. The scheme is underwritten by UK Insurance Limited, who are members of the Association of British Insurers.
